Please read these details BEFORE USING or returning goods
- When trying products on your horse please ensure that you protect goods until you are sure you have the correct size
- Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All goods are checked thoroughly before despatch.
- Goods returned to stock for wrong sizing or unwanted items will incur a 15% admin & handling charge
- Goods returned used, marked, and dirty or damaged will be subject to a further 15% charge at the discretion of Charlies Products. These products are deemed as having second hand value only
- Replacement goods for wrong sizing will incur delivery charges at cost
- Delivery costs are non refundable
- Please use insured delivery service to return goods. Goods lost in transit will not be refunded by Charlies Products
- Refunds will not be issued if instructions for use of product have not been followed
