Charlies Products Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Next day orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, bulk / large item orders before 12 midday (subject to availability).
We offer 4 shipping options for most of the UK which you can simply choose at the checkout:
- FREE shipping available on most orders over £100.00 – orders are usually received within 7 working days.
- £4.99 standard shipping – orders are usually received within 3 to 5 working days.
- £7.99 DHL 48-hour shipping – orders are usually received within 1 to 2 working days – (Highlands and Islands are sent with Royal Mail 24T service).
- £9.95 NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE (We dispatch Friday next day orders with Royal Mail 24 tracked as, on most occasions, they will deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays)
We dispatch the majority of our orders with Royal Mail and larger items / bulk orders, and most next day orders with DHL.
Some deliveries may need a signature. If there is no one to sign for the goods the courier should leave a delivery card letting you know how to rearrange a convenient re-delivery time.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us we will let you know and will charge a duplicate carriage charge to re-send the goods back out to you.
For International orders please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
- We are unable to ship lotions, dietary supplements or electronic goods overseas.
- Our business insurance doesn’t allow us to ship to the USA or Canada.
- For oversea orders sent from the UK please note that you may incur import duties and / or local taxes on receipt of your goods.
