Terms and Conditions
When trying products on your horse please ensure that you protect goods until you are sure you have the correct size
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All goods are checked thoroughly before despatch. Returned products with damage caused by the horse or owner will not be refunded.
Goods returned used, marked, and dirty or damaged will be subject to a 15% charge at the discretion of Charlies Products. These products are deemed as having second hand value only
Delivery costs are non-refundable
Please use insured delivery service to return goods. Goods lost in transit will not be refunded by Charlies Products
Refunds will not be issued if instructions for use of product have not been followed
You agree that proof of postage is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been despatched to you.
Back Orders If your item is unavailable to manufacture for whatever reason (i.e. Material Fault), we will back order this for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, not including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Charlies Products do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. All details that you provide are kept in strict confidence and are used to send your order. We do not pass on customer details like email addresses to third parties
