The Hardy Chaps Equi-Chaps are an easy to use, pair of tough turnout chaps, ideal for young, boisterous or accident-prone horses.

  • Tough and durable
  • Helps to keep legs warm and dry
  • Keeps the legs clean and dry when turned out to prevent mud fever
  • Made from a water resistant, fast drying 7mm Rotex (a tough PU coated neoprene)
  • Extend from below the knee or hock to over the hoof and heel for superb protection from injury
  • Easy to wash, quick to dry
  • Can be used on front or hind legs

The Equilibrium Hardy Chaps are available in the following sizes: Measure around the circumference of your horses cannon bone for the correct size!

  • XS                         16 – 18 cms – Pony 12hh to 13.2hh
  • SMALL                  18 – 20 cms – Large Pony / Arab 13.2hh to 14.2hh
  • MEDIUM                20 – 22 cms – Medium Horse 14.2hh to 16hh (or Pony Hinds)
  • MEDIUM WIDE      22 – 24 cms – Standard Cob 14.2hh to 16hh (width of the large size and height of the medium size)
  • LARGE                  22 – 24 cms – Large Horses 16hh to 16.3hh
  • XL                          24 – 26 cms – XL Horses 16.3hh + (or Horse Hinds)
  • To size measure around your horses cannon bone circumference!

Machine washable at 30 degrees, and quick to dry means they are easy to care for. Keeping them clean will help to maintain good skin health.
