The Back Saver Pad was designed by Heather Moffett to provide a shock absorbing cushion between your saddle and your horse. The pad fills the gaps for horses with muscle atrophy in the saddle region, allowing muscle regeneration and helping to eliminate pressure over the withers.

The Heather Moffett Backsaver Pad is made using slow recovery foam, originally developed by NASA, and is covered with washable cotton drill. It is shaped specifically to fit snugly over the withers and up under the saddle for your horse’s comfort.
